- You may choose a different concerto from the one in your application video.
- Only the first movement is needed if you are applying for the Junior Category. For the Open Category, the full concerto will be played.

Please upload the following materials online (e.g. to Google Drive, Dropbox etc) and submit a shareable link with no expiration date below:

  1. A video of yourself playing the first movement of a piano concerto from the repertoire list corresponding to the category you are applying to (with or without accompaniment)
  2. A video of yourself talking about the concerto you played in the above mentioned video, and why you want to play with Hong Kong Sinfonietta (within 2 mins)
  3. A recent photo of yourself for publicity purposes, preferably taken within the last year
  4. Any additional information which you think is relevant to your application

You will be notified of the result of your application via email by the end of November 2024.

Notes

  • The auditions will be documented for archival and promotional purposes. Photographs, audio and visual recordings may be printed in publications or broadcast on TV, radio, or the internet. By joining the audition, you agree to waive any rights to all visual, audio and application materials obtained during and for the auditions.
  • The application fee is non-refundable.
  • Hong Kong Sinfonietta Limited reserves the right to make changes to the details of or cancel the auditions.
  • In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Sinfonietta Limited reserves the right of the final decision.
