Concert Cancellation & Ticket Refund Arrangements: “Colleen Lee & Hong Kong Sinfonietta” (1 Sep 2023)
Due to Typhoon Saola, the concert “Colleen Lee & Hong Kong Sinfonietta” on 1 September 2023 (Friday, 8pm at Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall) has been cancelled.
Ticket refund arrangements:
1) For tickets purchased via URBTIX
I. If you paid by credit card, Alipay or WeChat Pay:
An automatic refund will be made on or before 15 Dec 2023 via the original payment method used; no refund application is necessary.
II. If you paid by cash, Octopus Card or FPS:
Please return the completed form via one of the following methods:
• By email or post: please submit the form along with your original physical tickets, or scanned copies/photos of them, on or before 13 Oct 2023; if you have not yet collected your physical tickets, please attach your booking confirmation email.
• In person: you may visit Hong Kong Sinfonietta’s counter at the Low Block of Hong Kong City Hall on 23 Sep (from 7pm-10pm) or 24 Sep (from 2pm-5pm) to hand in your refund forms and original tickets.
2) For tickets purchased via POPTICKET
An automatic refund will be made within 10 working days via the original payment method used; no refund application is necessary.
