Concert Cancellation & Ticket Refund Arrangements: “Northern Lights” (19 Feb 2022) and “Joint Celebration Concert of Hong Kong City Hall 60th Anniversary & Hong Kong Arts Festival 50th Anniversary: Reflections on Refractions” (2 & 4 Mar 2022)

Due to the Hong Kong Government’s decision to extend the closure of performance venues until 23 Feb 2022, and the uncertainty surrounding an exact time of re-opening, we have to reluctantly cancel the following concerts – for which the rehearsals and performances were to take place at Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall :

1.  “Northern Lights” (19 Feb)

  • Audience members who purchased their tickets via URBTIX may apply for a refund by returning the completed form on or before 21 Mar 2022.

2.  “Joint Celebration Concert of Hong Kong City Hall 60th Anniversary & Hong Kong Arts Festival 50th Anniversary: Reflections on Refractions” (2 & 4 Mar)

  • Audience members who purchased their tickets via URBTIX may apply for a refund by returning the completed form on or before 21 Mar 2022.
  • Audience members who purchased their tickets via POPTICKET will receive an automatic refund via their original payment method within 10 working days, and will not need to submit a refund application.

Concert Cancellations: “Good Music for Kids (3-6 years old)” (11-13 Feb 2022) and “Panasonic Proudly Sponsors: Good Music This Lunch” (15 Feb 2022)

Following the Hong Kong Government’s announcement that the closure of performance venues would extend through the period of 4-17 Feb 2022, we regret to announce the cancellation of “Good Music for Kids (3-6 years old)” originally taking place on 11-13 Feb (Fri-Sun) at Hong Kong City Hall Theatre.

Audience members who purchased their tickets via URBTIX may apply for a refund by returning the completed form on or before 14 Mar 2022.

Our free lunchtime concert “Panasonic Proudly Sponsors: Good Music This Lunch” on 15 Feb (Tue) has also been cancelled.

Concert Cancellation: “Sea Shanty, Szymanowski & Scotland”(22 Jan 2022) 

Following the Hong Kong Government’s announcement that the closure of performance venues would extend through the period of 21 Jan to 3 Feb 2022, we regret to announce the cancellation of “Sea Shanty, Szymanowski & Scotland” originally taking place on 22 Jan 2022 (Sat) at Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall.

  • Audience members who purchased their tickets via URBTIX may apply for a refund by returning the completed refund form on or before 21 Feb 2022.
  • Audience members who purchased their tickets via POPTICKET will receive an automatic refund via their original payment method within 10 working days, and will not need to submit a refund application.

We are also pausing the sale of tickets to “Good Music for Kids (3-6 years old)” on 11-13 Feb and “Northern Lights” on 19 Feb for the time being, until the Leisure and Cultural Services Department announces the reopening schedule of its venues.

Concert Cancellation: “Baroque Connections”(8 Jan 2022) & Pause in Ticket Sales

Following the Leisure and Cultural Services Department’s announcement that its performance venues will be closed from 7 Jan to 20 Jan 2022, we regret to announce the cancellation of “Baroque Connections” originally taking place on 8 Jan (Sat) at Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall.

  • Audience members who purchased their tickets via URBTIX may apply for a refund by returning the completed refund form on or before 21 Feb 2022.
  • Audience members who purchased their tickets via POPTICKET will receive an automatic refund via their original payment method within 10 working days, and will not need to submit a refund application.
