AUDITION IN HONG KONG
Hong Kong Sinfonietta invites applicants to fill the following vacancy commencing July 2026:
Tutti Violin
- Applicants should have completed musical training at an accredited institution and should have orchestral experience.
- Successful candidates would be expected to work an average of 200 sessions a year – which translates to about 100 performances.
- Remuneration package includes basic monthly salary, extra subsidies, end-of-contract gratuity and Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF).
To apply, please submit the following to hksauditions@hksinfonietta.org by 12 April 2026:
1) A completed application form (download here); and
2) An unedited video recording of :
I. First movement of a Mozart Concerto; and
II. A recent recording of a work of your own choice.
Shortlisted applicants will be notified by 30 April 2026.
Live auditions will take place in Hong Kong on 13 May 2026. (Tape audition is not accepted)
Audition repertoire will be posted on this page from 30 April 2026.
