Ilya Gringolts (Violin)
- 1st Prize, International Violin Competition “Premio Paganini” 1998, the youngest winner in the history of the competition
- Frequent appearances at prestigious festivals such as Salzburg, Lucerne, Edinburgh, Verbier, Berlin, Bucharest and Menuhin Festival Gstaad
- Has performed with leading orchestras including the BBC Symphony, Chicago Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, St Petersburg Philharmonic
- Has premiered works by Peter Maxwell Davies, Augusta Read Thomas, Christophe Bertrand and Michael Jarrell, as well as worked regularly with ensembles specializing in historical performance practice
- Chamber music partners include Nicolas Altstaedt, Yuri Bashmet, Itamar Golan, David Kadouch, Antoine Tamestit and Jörg Widmann
