Juliane Banse (Soprano)
- Made her stage début as Pamina (The Magic Flute) at Komische Oper Berlin at the age of 20, and has since sung leading roles at the world’s most prestigious opera houses and festivals including the Vienna State Opera, Metropolitan Opera New York, Bavarian State Opera, Salzburg Festival and Glyndebourne
- Has worked with numerous renowned conductors including Abbado, Boulez, Chailly, Giulini, Haitink, Harnoncourt, Jansons, Maazel, Mehta, Rattle and Sinopoli
- Has performed and recorded with orchestras such as the Vienna Philharmonic, Berlin Philharmonic, Staatskapelle Dresden, London Symphony Orchestra and Cleveland Orchestra
- Awards for her recordings include ECHO KLASSIK Awards (2006, 2011), MIDEM Classical Awards (2006, 2007), BBC Music Magazine Award (2006), Edison Award (2007), etc.
